Story Of Looking For Me Friend
The story of looking for my friend is Paulus giving a monologue of his own personal experiences and ties to Victoria Wood. The show switches between comedic one-liners, both original to the play and verses repeated from Woods’s work to performing Woods’s original songs. With Paulus leading the vocals and Michael Roulston providing backing vocals whilst enthusiastically playing the keyboard.
Analysis Of Looking For Me Friend
The songs both the melody and the choice of lyrics show just how creative, yet particular Woods were. As Paulus recalled Wood would often be very specific with the words she would use. This ends up with a song that grammatically can rival Shakespeare in my opinion. The woman’s skill in the English language pleasantly shocked me. As someone who had unfortunately never heard of Victoria Wood, I found myself all by chance in a perfect experience to learn all about this marvellous comedian. I was informed not only of her talent both musically and comedically, yet also enlightened about how people perceived her. It was heart-warming to see 6 years on the 18,000 people who gather online in her memory. How one young boy finally found someone he felt at home with. Someone who inspired him to follow the breath of air.
The Dedication Of Looking For Me Friend
Someone who helped him shape his life and even create connections with people. Including the keyboardist, Michael! Michael on piano was a godsend, perfectly performing every song whilst sheltering his equipment from the bombarding rain. Both performers went the extra mile today to make sure all of us in the poor British weather was very much having a great time doing so. Paulus needs extra credit when it is undoubtedly due, with him blasting out the vocals and hitting every key perfectly even whilst his bright yellow shoes got splashed by the British downpour. Their perseverance and determination in their show deserve to be applauded and idolised. It would have been oh so very easy to call in a half-attempted show, to let the cold and the weather hit you and take over.
Summary Of Looking For Me Friend
Yet the two performers (as well as all the other theatre staff) did everything they could to make sure we were as comfortable as possible, whilst having the greatest time possible. The lead even worked the ungodly weather into his comedy, which I personally found very uplifting whilst the rain got heavier. In short, I know I would have loved this show on any day I watched it, but I am so glad I got to watch them at this show. The atmosphere was warm throughout the show, and I am truly better off for being enlightened to the oh-so-talented Victoria Wood. Who I will be donning the “Shakespeare of Comedy”, as her skill with words could rival that of the best British writer. This play is a must-watch for any musical or comedy fan, the songs have all aged well, and remain relevant even today!

Overall Rating: 9/10 – Outstanding!
