McCartney – The Songbook comes to New Brighton‘s Floral Pavilion this January! Peter John Jackson stars in this celebration of Sir Paul McCartney’s musical success. With music from McCartney’s solo releases as well as Beatles favourites and some of his Wings tracks, fans of this iconic musician are in for a fantastic night!
This brand new celebration of McCartney comes from the producers of the smash hits That’ll Be The Day and Walk Right Back. Audiences can expect history to be brought to life as the band recreate the past six decades of McCartney’s masterworks. The show not only presents covers of his well-loved songs but it tells the story of Sir Paul’s career from his mucial start with the Fab Four, to the Wings, of course The Beatles and his solo career. McCartney – The Songbook flashes back to sixtiest Liverpool life, touring tales and insights into what it was like to become world famous almost overnight!
Costumes will delight fans along with the brilliant live band! McCartney – The Songbook showcases over 40 McCartney hits including Can’t Buy Me Love, Yesterday, Live and Let Die, Hey Jude and Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.
