A summer concert of music, song and dance was promised by the eloquent comperes of this show, and that’s what the children at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Junior School delivered!
From start to finish, we were treated to an array of musical performances, with competent musicians playing a variety of instruments, including the ukulele!
The solo pianists were very good, and there was great enthusiasm from the talented choir, along with an exciting dance routine.
All of this was provided by St. Francis De Sales pupils, with outstanding efforts by everybody involved, from the dedicated teaching staff to the children and also the helpers.
All performers had smiling faces and were genuinely enjoying the experience of the evening; it was a welcome break from the SATS, no doubt!
Apparently, there was also an important football match going on at the same time, but nobody cared as we were enthralled by the entertainment provided.
Overall, this was a wonderful evening with future stars in the making. Well done to the pupils at St. Francis De Sales!
